After much thought and consideration, and input from several customers, the following changes will take place immediately.  There will be NO BUYER'S PREMIUM and the  Seller's commission will be at 10%  for now with no other associated fees for the time being.    For example, front page fees are waived (however, the front page only holds 60 items, so it is first come first serve.  We ask that you use your good judgement on using the front page to list your items), bold item, second category fee...all these extra fees are at no charge for right now, but is subject to change in the future.  Plenty of notice will be given if and when this happens.    Bottom line is, we have to have buyers in order to help the sellers sell their items!!  If you have an item that sells for a high dollar, i.e., farm, ranch, construction equipment, or vehicles, we will work with you on your commission rate.  We are looking into a sliding commission scale, but right now it will be on an individual basis.  If you are unsure as to whether or not your item would qualify for a discounted rate, please call me at 979-212-1515 and we will discuss your individual needs.  Please feel free to contact us via e-mail at info@texasonlineauction.com or mayerauctioneering@usa.net.   We appreciate everyone's patience while we have experimented with different rate structures.  We are working hard to make this sight work for everyone and the bottom line is we all want our items to sell!!  Thank you for your patronage!!  All purchases paid by credit cards will be processed through Mayer Auctioneering.
